על רפואה ומעגליות

"רפואה" בתרבויות עתיקות רבות נתפסה בעבר כתהליך אשר קשור בבריאות פיזית ורוחנית. הרפואה נחשבה פעם כדרך להביא הרמוניה בשיתוף האנרגיה הראשונית של הטבע, ודרך עבודת מודעות לכוח האישי שבתוך כל אחד מאיתנו אשר מאפשר לנו להיות יותר מלאים באנרגיה ולחיות בשלום בתוך הכלי שלנו (הגוף).

בתרבויות הילידיות, חיפשנו בעולם החיצוני את התשובות וראינו את קצב הטבע מהם למדנו וקיבלנו הנחייה למהות קיומנו.

מה שגילינו הוא שהחיים מתנהגים במחזוריות או במעגליות ולא ב"קו" לינארית, כמו שאנו תופסים את הזמן והקיום בימינו. גילינו שהעונות באו והלכו במחזורים כמו מחזורי השמש ושלבי הירח, וראינו שאפילו יצורים חיים כמו בני אדם, עצים ובעלי חיים עברו במחזורי לידות, מוות ולידה מחדש, לאורך כל חייהם.

עם הבנה זו של החיים התקיימו כבוד והערכה רבים לקדושת המעגל, והתכונות הרפואיות שיכולות לעזור ולרפא את נשמותינו על ידי גלגל הרפואה.

מקורותיו של גלגל הרפואה:

גלגל הרפואה הינו כלי שהיה נפוץ בטקסים, חניכות, לימוד התורה ונוכח בתהליכי ריפוי של הילידים של צפון אמריקה. בתוך הגלגל יש ייצוג של החיבור בין בני האדם והטבע; המיקרוקוסמוס והמקרוקוסמוס, כמחזורים וספירלות של אנרגיה.

באופן אישי, אני רואה את גלגל הרפואה כהתגלמות פיזית של האנרגיה הרוחנית שלנו; ביטוי חיצוני של מערכת היחסים הפנימית שלנו עם רוח הקיום הגדולה.

תרבויות רבות השתמשו בגלגלים או במבנים כמו מעגל כדרכים קסומות וקדושות של ארגון והעברת הבנה, ידע ומידע על הקיום.

ארבעת הכיוונים של מעגל הרפואה:

דרך השימוש הבסיסית ביותר של מעגל הרפואה, היא השוואה בין חלקי המעגל לבין הייצוג של החיים שלנו מול הרוח הגדולה. דרך השימוש במעגל הרפואה אנו יכולים ללמוד את הדרך לאמת, להרמוניה ולשלום הפנימי והחיצוני.

מעגל הרפואה הוא אינסופי ואף ספירלי. השיעורים שאנו חווים לרוב חוזרים על עצמם רק שכל פעם התנועה של הגל היא גבוהה יותר או נמוכה יותר, קרובה יותר או רחוקה יותר.

במרכז המעגל נמצא מה שאין לתיאור, המסתורין הגדול. בתרבויות אינדיאניות מכנים זאת "התעלומות הקדושות" או "כל מה שהיה אי פעם וכל מה שיהיה אי פעם".

"ארבעת הכיוונים" של הגלגל מבוטאים באופן שונה על ידי שבטים שונים, כמו כל כיוון יכול להתאים לכל אלמנט של החיים (למשל אוויר, אדמה, מים ואש). עם זאת, הפרשנות הנפוצה ביותר של גלגל הרפואה כוללת את ארבעת הכיוונים העיקריים של צפון, דרום, מזרח ומערב, והם מיוצגים לעתים קרובות על ידי הצבעים הייחודיים להם כגון שחור, אדום, צהוב ולבן. אני מציעה כאן כמה פרשנויות פופולריות נוספות של ארבעת הכיוונים בגלגל הרפואה:

בעלי חיים: נשר, דוב, זאב, בופאלו ורבים אחרים.

צמחים טקסיים: טבק, סוויט גראס, מרווה, סידר.

כיצד להשתמש בגלגל הרפואה:

בתוך הגלגל האנושי שאנו יוצרים, כל היבט יכלול את צד ה"אור" של מי שאנחנו, וגם את צד ה"חושך" של הצללים שלנו. כל כיוון יספק תחום מסוים בו אנו יכולים לבחור להתפתח לצמיחה שיכולה להיות ממוקדת אגו או ממוקדת נשמה.

אתן כאן תיאור קצר של הכיוונים שציינתי וכיצד הם מחוברים זה לזה:

מזרח: המזרח מייצג את ההתחלה וההתחדשות. הוא מייצג את רגע זריחת השמש בבוקר חדש, את פריחת האביב, את הנר בחשיכה. הוא מזוהה בדרך כלל עם "העולם העליון" של האור, "הארה", וחוזר למקורנו בכל יום.

דרום: בשיא מסעה של השמש בשמיים, הדרום הוא המקום שמקבל הכי הרבה אור; הוא אחראי לצמיחה ולבהירות של כל היצורים החיים. הדרום מזוהה לרוב עם זרימה של רגשות כפי שהם והינו ההפך הקוטבי של הצפון. הוא מסמל את הילד הפנימי שלנו, את פצעי הליבה שלנו ואת הסקרנות לגילויים חדשים ותחושת פליאה כמו של ילדים.

מערב :המערב הוא מקום של שקיעה, חזרתו של האור אל החושך. השמש שעוברת את קו הים. זהו סתיו האנושות שלנו, סיום תהליך הצמיחה שלנו. המערב מסמל מקום של מעבר, אל שעות החושך "הלילה האפל של הנשמה",dark night of the soul וה"צל" בתוכנו שדורש התבוננות פנימית ועימות.

צפון :הלימוד והריפוי של תקופת הצמיחה שלנו. ההליכה קדימה, להיות מרוכז בצפון הפנימי שלנו דורש מיומנות ויכולת כדי לשרוד ולכן זה קשור ליכולות ה"מנטליות" שלנו, ללוגיקה ולאמונות שלנו.

כשאנו רוצות להתחבר למעגל הרפואה שבתוכנו, אנו יכולות להיעזר בחוכמה של קלפי חיות הטוטם.

הקלף שיצא לנו במזרח, ידבר על החוזק הרוחני שלנו. יכול להעיד גם על האופן שבו אנו רואות את המצב שלנו או מה חוסם אותנו מלראות את המצב שלנו.

הקלף של הדרום, מדבר על הילדה הפנימית שחיה בתוכנו, על האיכות הזו שנמצאת בנו שאנחנו צריכות לתת לה מקום, יכול להביא גם תובנה על השיעור שאנחנו צריכות לעבור.

הקלף של הצפון, מדבר על החזון שלנו, דרך הריפוי שלנו, שמשתקף אל מול שאר החיות.

במרכז הפריסה אנו שמות קלף נוסף, שנקרא "ההר המקודש" אשר מדבר על החיבור בין המציאות הרוחנית למציאות הגשמית שיוצר את מי שאנחנו ברגע זה.

בעבודתי אני מחברת אנשים לדרכים עתיקות שהזמנים המודרנים קצת עירפלו ושכחנו את החוכמה שטבועה בהם.
